Tank Attack Walkthrough
Tank Attack is your basic tank game - you're controlling a tank, you have a set amount of enemies to kill, and you have to use a huge gun to do so. It's pretty easy to get the hang of this game in a minute or two, and after that, you're on your way through 5-levels of enemies. To complete each level and move on to the next, you have to destroy a set number of enemies - to see how many you have left, look at the task bar at the top of the game screen. Once it's filled, you'll be able to move on to the next level, and depending on how many kills you got and your aiming accuracy, you'll be able to upgrade your tank (up to 4 times by the last level of the game.)
You'll start each level on the ground, obviously, but you'll have to start moving if you want to survive. Since your tank moves slowly, it's important to always stay moving in Tank Attack. You'll also notice that enemy airplanes and jets have a lot of health and that it can take quite a while to destroy them. Make sure that you're always using either turbo fire (with the W key) or auto fire (by pressing the spacebar) to inflict more damage than you usually would.
Enemy aircraft that you don't destroy will fly by again through the map, so if you think an enemy has gotten away, you'll probably see them again on the other side of the map. As long as you only use your cannon and missiles when necessary to keep your accuracy up, you'll be able to upgrade your tank in between rounds - and that's probably the biggest thing that will help you out in Tank Attack.
